My own little Haiku Tunnel
Had my first official teleconference with the keywording folks in Calgary yesterday. I was going to make some joke about being snowed in, until they mentioned something about it being 20 below there. Took me a second to realize that -20 C isnt quite as cold as I thought it was, but still, it's *damn* cold. I was pretty nervous about the conference going into it, but it turned out to be very nice. I really like these people. Very laid back. Very Canadian. And they must have like what they heard, too, since I got my contract renewed through the end of the year.

Maybe some day I'll actually get to take a trip to Calgary. Just as long as it's not in the winter... or the summer... When is it ok to go, anyway?
